Property Code § 62.005","heading":"BROKER'S ADDRESS FOR RECEIPT OF NOTICE.","body":"A seller, lessor, buyer, or tenant shall send any notice required to be sent to the broker under this chapter to the broker:\n(1) at the broker's address as reflected in the records of the Texas Real Estate Commission; and\n(2) at the broker's last address that the broker furnished the seller, lessor, buyer, or tenant by certified mail, return receipt requested, if the broker's license is expired.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1571, Sec. 1, eff.
