Property Code § 70.409","heading":"RECOVERY OF COSTS.","body":"An agricultural producer who prevails in an action brought to enforce a lien created under this subchapter is entitled to recover:\n(1) reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and court costs; and\n(2) interest on funds subject to the lien at the judgment interest rate as provided by Chapter 304, Finance Code.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 732, Sec. 1, eff.
