Property Code § 74.203","heading":"AUTHORIZED NOTICE.","body":"(a) During the calendar year immediately following the year in which the report required by Section 74.101 is filed, notice may be mailed to each person who has been reported with a Texas address and appears to be entitled to the reported property.\n(b) The notice under Subsection (a) must conform to the requirements for notice under Section 74.201(b).\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 230, Sec. 17, eff.
