Property Code § 74.710","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A holder commits an offense if the holder wilfully violates this chapter, including:\n(1) failing to file a report in accordance with this chapter;\n(2) failing to pay or deliver property in accordance with this chapter; or\n(3) refusing to permit examination of records in accordance with this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1037, Sec. 36, eff.
