Property Code § 76.102","heading":"VERIFICATION.","body":"(a) The person preparing a property report shall place at the end of each copy of the report a verification made under oath and executed by the chief fiscal officer of the holder, as designated by the holder.\n(b) The verification must include the following sentence: \"This report contains a full and complete list of all property held by the undersigned that, from the knowledge and records of the undersigned, is abandoned under the laws of the State of Texas.\"\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1037, Sec. 38, eff.
