Property Code § 76.303","heading":"LIST OF OWNERS.","body":"(a) The treasurer of the holder shall compile and revise each year an alphabetical list of names and last known addresses of the owners listed in the reports and the amount credited to each account.\n(b) The treasurer of the holder shall make the list available for public inspection during all reasonable business hours.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1037, Sec. 38, eff.
