Property Code § 80.008","heading":"NOTICE OF PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER; LENDER'S NOTICES.","body":"(a) If, after August 31, 1987, a museum accepts a loan of property for an indefinite term or for a term in excess of seven years, the museum shall inform the lender in writing at the time of the loan of the provisions of this chapter.\n(b) The lender of property to a museum shall notify the museum promptly in writing of any changes of address or change in ownership of the property.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 1076, Sec. 1, eff.
