Special District Local Laws Code § 1001.055","heading":"RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS.","body":"(a) The secretary shall keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.\n(b) After each meeting:\n(1) the presiding officer or the presiding officer pro tem shall read and sign the record; and\n(2) the secretary shall attest the record.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
