Special District Local Laws Code § 1001.112","heading":"JOINT ADMINISTRATION OR DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES.","body":"To provide joint administration or delivery of health care services, the district may affiliate with or enter into an arrangement with:\n(1) a managed care system;\n(2) a preferred provider organization;\n(3) a health maintenance organization;\n(4) a provider of an alternative health care or delivery system; or\n(5) a private hospital.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
