Special District Local Laws Code § 1001.302","heading":"FINANCIAL REPORT.","body":"(a) As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare a report that includes:\n(1) a complete sworn statement of:\n(A) all money and choses in action received by the administrator; and\n(B) how the money and choses in action were disbursed or otherwise disposed; and\n(2) the details of district operation during the preceding fiscal year.\n(b) The district administrator shall make the report to:\n(1) the board;\n(2) the governing body;\n(3) the Potter County Commissioners Court;\n(4) the Texas Board of Health; and\n(5) the comptroller.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
