Special District Local Laws Code § 1002.052","heading":"BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OF OFFICE.","body":"(a) Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $5,000 that is:\n(1) approved by the Commissioners Court of Brazoria County and the board;\n(2) payable to the district; and\n(3) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) The bond and the constitutional oath of office shall be kept in the permanent records of the district.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
