Special District Local Laws Code § 1002.110","heading":"PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS.","body":"With respect to the construction of public works, the district has all of the powers and duties conferred on a municipality under Chapter 2269, Government Code, with respect to the construction of a facility.
