Special District Local Laws Code § 1002.155","heading":"ASSUMPTION OF DEBTS AND TAXES.","body":"If the district has outstanding debts or taxes, the proposition for assumption of its proportion of the debts or taxes by the territory if annexed shall also be submitted at the election.
