Special District Local Laws Code § 1004.064","heading":"APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF MEDICAL STAFF.","body":"The board may:\n(1) appoint to the medical staff any doctor the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district;\n(2) remove any doctor from the medical staff, after due process, if the board considers the doctor's removal necessary for the efficient operation of the district; and\n(3) make temporary appointments to the medical staff as the board considers necessary.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
