Special District Local Laws Code § 1005.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds authorized by an election in the name and on the faith and credit of the district to:\n(1) acquire, purchase, construct, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements;\n(2) equip buildings or improvements for hospital system purposes; or\n(3) acquire and operate a mobile emergency medical service.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
