Special District Local Laws Code § 1008.114","heading":"CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES TO CERTAIN PERSONS.","body":"(a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.\n(b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the state or agency to reimburse the district for the treatment of a sick or injured person.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
