Special District Local Laws Code § 1009.151","heading":"BUDGET; NOTICE OF HEARING.","body":"(a) The district administrator shall prepare an annual budget for approval by the board. The budget must be for the fiscal year prescribed by Section 1009.152.\n(b) Not later than August 31 of each year, the board shall give notice of a public hearing on the proposed budget. The notice must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Cochran County at least 10 days before the date of the hearing.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.01, eff.
