Special District Local Laws Code § 1010.106","heading":"BYLAWS.","body":"The board may adopt bylaws to govern:\n(1) the time, place, and manner of conducting board meetings;\n(2) the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the board's officers and employees;\n(3) the disbursement of money by check, draft, or warrant;\n(4) the appointment and authority of board committees;\n(5) the keeping of records and accounts; and\n(6) other matters the board considers appropriate.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
