Special District Local Laws Code § 1011.051","heading":"BOARD ELECTION; TERM.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Section 1011.064, the board consists of seven directors elected from the district at large.\n(b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code:\n(1) directors serve staggered two-year terms; and\n(2) a directors' election shall be held annually on a date authorized by Chapter 41, Election Code.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
