Special District Local Laws Code § 1012.060","heading":"GENERAL DUTIES OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.","body":"The chief executive officer shall:\n(1) stay informed on the latest methods of hospital administration and the care of hospital patients; and\n(2) subject to the limitations prescribed by the board:\n(A) supervise the work and activities of the district; and\n(B) direct the affairs of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
