Special District Local Laws Code § 1012.201","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district, for hospital or hospital system purposes, to:\n(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements;\n(2) equip buildings or improvements; or\n(3) acquire and operate a mobile emergency medical or air ambulance service.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
