Special District Local Laws Code § 1013.111","heading":"CONTRACTS FOR CARE AND TREATMENT.","body":"(a) The board may contract with a hospital, hospital authority, or political subdivision of this state located outside the district's boundaries to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that entity.\n(b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the state or agency to reimburse the district for the treatment of a sick or injured person.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
