Special District Local Laws Code § 1018.053","heading":"BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF OFFICE.","body":"(a) Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $5,000 that is:\n(1) approved by the commissioners courts of Dallam and Hartley Counties;\n(2) payable to the district; and\n(3) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) The district may provide for a director's bond with district money.\n(c) Each director's bond and constitutional oath or affirmation of office shall be kept in the district's permanent records.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
