Special District Local Laws Code § 1018.060","heading":"ATTORNEY; ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR.","body":"(a) The board may appoint qualified persons as:\n(1) the attorney for the district; and\n(2) the assistant district administrator.\n(b) The attorney for the district and the assistant district administrator serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
