Special District Local Laws Code § 1021.054","heading":"BOND.","body":"(a) Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $1,000 that is:\n(1) payable to the district; and\n(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) The district shall pay for the directors' bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
