Special District Local Laws Code § 1024.062","heading":"ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATORS.","body":"(a) The district administrator may appoint one or more qualified persons as assistant district administrators for the district.\n(b) An assistant district administrator:\n(1) serves at the will of the district administrator; and\n(2) is entitled to the compensation determined by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
