Special District Local Laws Code § 1027.117","heading":"AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES.","body":"(a) In this section, \"health care services\" includes:\n(1) home health care services;\n(2) respiratory or physical therapy services;\n(3) mobile emergency medical services; and\n(4) clinic services.\n(b) This chapter does not limit the district in providing health care services to any ill or injured person, regardless of whether the person is a district resident.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
