Special District Local Laws Code § 1030.113","heading":"PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES.","body":"The district may:\n(1) operate or provide for the operation of a mobile emergency medical service;\n(2) operate or provide for home health services, long-term care, skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, or hospice care; and\n(3) establish any other needed medical service considered beneficial to the delivery of health care to district residents.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
