Special District Local Laws Code § 1031.059","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) A board meeting may be called by the president or any three directors.\n(b) Notice of the time and place of a board meeting must be given to each director at least 72 hours before the time of the meeting.\n(c) This section does not prevent the board by resolution from establishing a regular time and place for meetings for which special notice is not required.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
