Special District Local Laws Code § 1035.054","heading":"BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF OFFICE.","body":"(a) Each director shall qualify by executing a good and sufficient bond for $5,000 that is:\n(1) approved by the board;\n(2) payable to the district; and\n(3) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) Each director's bond and constitutional oath or affirmation of office shall be kept in the district's permanent records.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
