Special District Local Laws Code § 1035.104","heading":"HOSPITAL SYSTEM.","body":"The district shall provide for:\n(1) the establishment of a hospital or hospital system in the district to furnish medical and hospital care to district residents by:\n(A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and improvements for hospital purposes; and\n(B) equipping the buildings and improvements for those purposes; and\n(2) the administration of the hospital system for hospital purposes.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
