Special District Local Laws Code § 1035.105","heading":"PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES.","body":"The district may provide:\n(1) emergency medical services;\n(2) home health care services;\n(3) long-term health care services;\n(4) assisted living services; or\n(5) any other appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the district's needs.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
