Special District Local Laws Code § 1036.061","heading":"ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR; ATTORNEY.","body":"(a) The board may appoint qualified persons as:\n(1) the assistant district administrator; and\n(2) the attorney for the district.\n(b) The assistant district administrator and the attorney for the district serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
