Special District Local Laws Code § 1040.053","heading":"BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF OFFICE.","body":"(a) Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $1,000 that is:\n(1) payable to the district; and\n(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 131 , Sec. 7, eff.
