Special District Local Laws Code § 1042.051","heading":"BOARD; TERMS.","body":"(a) The board consists of:\n(1) the members of the Commissioners Court of Hood County, including the county judge; and\n(2) four persons appointed by the county judge.\n(b) One director appointed by the county judge must be:\n(1) a doctor of medicine; or\n(2) a doctor of osteopathy.\n(c) An appointed director serves a two-year term.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
