Special District Local Laws Code § 1046.052","heading":"NOTICE OF ELECTION.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), at least 30 days before the date of an election of directors, the board shall publish notice of the election one time in a newspaper or newspapers that individually or collectively have general circulation in the district.\n(b) At least seven days before the date of a runoff election of directors, the board shall publish notice of the election one time in a newspaper or newspapers that individually or collectively have general circulation in the area of the runoff election.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
