Special District Local Laws Code § 1046.151","heading":"BUDGET.","body":"(a) Each administrator shall prepare an annual budget for each hospital for which that person is the administrator. The board shall combine these budgets into a single budget for the district.\n(b) The proposed budget for the district must contain a complete financial statement of:\n(1) the outstanding obligations of the district;\n(2) the cash on hand in each district fund;\n(3) the money received by the district from all sources during the previous year;\n(4) the money available to the district from all sources during the ensuing year;\n(5) the balances expected at the end of the year in which the budget is being prepared;\n(6) the estimated amount of revenue and balances available to cover the proposed budget; and\n(7) the estimated tax rate required.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
