Special District Local Laws Code § 1047.051","heading":"BOARD ELECTION; TERM.","body":"(a) The board consists of nine directors elected from the district at large.\n(b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code, directors serve two-year terms, with:\n(1) four directors elected in even-numbered years; and\n(2) five directors elected in odd-numbered years.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
