Special District Local Laws Code § 1052.056","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president, vice president, secretary, and other officers as in the judgment of the board are necessary.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1074, Sec. 8, eff.
