Special District Local Laws Code § 1053.151","heading":"DEFINITION.","body":"In this subchapter, \"hospital official\" means the following officers or employees, or their equivalent, of the teaching hospital described by Section 1053.152(a):\n(1) the executive director;\n(2) the president;\n(3) the chief executive officer;\n(4) the chief operating officer;\n(5) the chief financial officer;\n(6) any vice president; and\n(7) any other officer.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
