Special District Local Laws Code § 1053.251","heading":"GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.","body":"The commissioners court may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district to:\n(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements for hospital purposes;\n(2) equip buildings or improvements for hospital purposes; and\n(3) purchase, construct, acquire, equip, or enlarge the hospital or hospital system, including medical or other health facilities for any purpose related to that activity.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
