Special District Local Laws Code § 1056.153","heading":"FINANCIAL REPORT.","body":"(a) As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare a report that includes:\n(1) a complete sworn statement of:\n(A) all money and choses in action received by the administrator; and\n(B) how the money and choses in action were disbursed or otherwise disposed; and\n(2) the details of district operation during the preceding fiscal year.\n(b) The district administrator shall make the report to:\n(1) the board; and\n(2) the Martin County Commissioners Court.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
