Special District Local Laws Code § 1058.054","heading":"BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH.","body":"(a) Each director shall qualify by executing a good and sufficient commercial bond for $1,000 that is:\n(1) payable to the district; and\n(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) The district shall pay for a director's bond.\n(c) Each director's bond and constitutional oath of office must be deposited with the district's depository bank for safekeeping.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
