Special District Local Laws Code § 1058.063","heading":"RETIREMENT PROGRAM.","body":"(a) With the approval of the commissioners court of Upton County, the board may contract with this state or the federal government as necessary to establish or continue a retirement program for the benefit of district employees.\n(b) The board may establish other retirement programs for the benefit of district employees as it considers necessary and advisable.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
