Special District Local Laws Code § 1058.107","heading":"CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT.","body":"With the approval of the commissioners court of Upton County, the board may contract with:\n(1) a county other than Upton County for the care and treatment of sick or injured persons of that county; and\n(2) this state or a federal agency for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person for whom this state or the federal government is responsible.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
