Special District Local Laws Code § 1058.153","heading":"FISCAL YEAR.","body":"(a) The district's fiscal year begins on October 1 and ends on September 30, unless otherwise established by the board.\n(b) The fiscal year may not be changed:\n(1) during a period that revenue bonds of the district are outstanding; or\n(2) more than once in a 24-month period.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
