Special District Local Laws Code § 1058.155","heading":"FINANCIAL REPORT.","body":"(a) The board and the district administrator shall annually prepare a report under oath that includes:\n(1) a complete statement of:\n(A) all money and choses in action; and\n(B) how the money and choses in action were disbursed or otherwise disposed;\n(2) the details of district operation during the preceding fiscal year; and\n(3) a full and complete list of all delinquent accounts owing and due the district, including names and addresses of delinquent debtors.\n(b) The report shall be filed in:\n(1) the district office; and\n(2) the office of the county clerk of Upton County.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff.
