Special District Local Laws Code § 1061.103","heading":"MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND ADMINISTRATION; GENERAL BOARD POWER.","body":"(a) The board shall manage, control, and administer the district's hospital or hospital system and the district's money and resources.\n(b) The board may exercise any power provided by this chapter unless the board enters into a management contract under Section 1061.113 that provides the power is exercised in accordance with the contract.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
