Special District Local Laws Code § 1061.106","heading":"PURCHASING AND ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES.","body":"(a) The board may prescribe:\n(1) the method and manner of making purchases and expenditures by and for the district; and\n(2) all accounting and control procedures.\n(b) The board by resolution may delegate a power described by Subsection (a) to:\n(1) the Midland Memorial Foundation or its successors; or\n(2) a person who enters into an operating or management agreement with the district to exercise the power.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
