Special District Local Laws Code § 1062.152","heading":"NOTICE; HEARING; APPROVAL OF BUDGET.","body":"(a) The board shall hold a public hearing on the proposed annual budget.\n(b) At least 10 days before the date of the hearing, notice of the hearing must be published one time in a newspaper of general circulation in the district.\n(c) The annual budget must be approved by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
